Section 1: Player Behaviour

1. English only in public channels
    

   • ​The public channels are General, Trade and PvP.
      

2. Don’t derail channels for any purpose they are not intended for.​​​
    

3. No excessive profanity, innapropriate behaviour or obnoxious spamming.
    

   • ​Spamming in non-public chats is only punished if reported by a participating member of said channel.
      

4. Do not bypass the chat filter.
    

5. No harassment or attempts to bully anyone off the server. 
    

   • ​This includes obscene content, racism, sexism and any type of xenophobia.
      

6. Do not pursue discussion of sensitive topics such as politics and religion after Staff asks you to change the topic.
    

7. Do not share players’ private information such as addresses, phone numbers, real life names, etc.
    

8. Do not advertise competing servers.
    

   • ​Asking in public channels if anyone, for example, wants to practice PvP or play Bedwars on a different server is not considered server advertisement.
      

9. No harmful deceit towards players, such as tricking them into doing /suicide, scamming or inviting them to a town just to kill and/or steal from them.
    

10. Do not break the Mojang Terms of Services or engage in illegal actions.
     

11. No real world trading besides selling donator ranks or other store transactions.
     

    • If you get scammed while doing one of these transactions, we will try to revert the situation as much as possible. We can only help if the transaction was agreed upon through in-game or forums chat.
       

12. Do not use an offensive or excessively vulgar skin or nickname. 
     

    • A name such as “BigDaddy” or “Jewbrecht” are not considered inappropriate. Only highly offensive or graphical names.
       

13. Do not impersonate staff or other players.
     

14. Do not use alt accounts.

Section 2: Server Identity

1. Do not build in styles or name your Town/Nation completely outside of the server theme. 
    

   • If you build outside of the server’s theme, the staff team will help you to get it up to server standards.
      

     • Low effort builds are more likely to be removed than edited to look better.

     • Do not build giant cobblestone walls or boxes or low effort glass roofs.

     • Keep your builds in a historical style.

     • Floating islands and cities are allowed.

     • There are no restrictions on what to build underground.
        

   • Overly futuristic builds, like skyscrapers, would be considered outside the server theme, but steampunk-styled builds or builds explained by magic would be allowed.

      

2. Anything that isn’t claimed by a town is fair game and if the unclaimed area around your town gets griefed you can ask a staff member to restore it. However, if a town gets plundered/ruined, they are still protected and you aren’t allowed to grief it, except for creating pathways and stealing a few valuable blocks.
   ​

3. No obnoxious claiming such as in a straight line or in the form of a spider.
    

4. Do not excessively harvest natural resources in the surface world without informing staff when it starts hurting the visual appeal of the landscape.
    

   • You should inform staff so the team can restore it to its original state.

Section 3: Gameplay Integrity

1. Do not use third party software for unfair advantage.
    

   • This includes x-ray, kill aura, autoclickers, player radar and the like, but not autosprint, potion status and armor status, for example.
      

     • If in doubt, use the Badlion Client. All the mods on Badlion are allowed.
        

2. Do not bypass the AFK kick timer with the use of, for example, an Anti-AFK pool.
    

3. Do not target new players (3 days or less).
    

4. No flying machines.
    

5. No glitching or bug exploitation. 
    

   • ​Use your common sense. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is, and you should inform staff of it or ask if it’s an allowed activity.

     ​

6. Large farms or machinery that cause lag will be removed.
    

   • Animal farms should have 20 animals per chunk maximum, otherwise the server will remove them automatically. 
      

7. Do not exploit plugin mechanics using Minecraft mechanics and vice-versa.
    

8. Do not misuse plugins in a way they weren’t intended to be used. For example, stair glitching.
    

9. Do not build AFK farms such as Cactus farms, auto Mob Grinders and McMMO skills AFK grinders.
    

10. Do not build traps that are impossible to escape from.
     

    • Player death is a valid means of escape.

Section 4: Wars and Sieges

1. Neutral is neutral. If you are neutral to one Nation participating in a siege, you cannot help the other one. If your Town has a neutral status, you cannot participate in any wars.
    

   • A neutral status Town actively helping in wars or excessively provoking players in chat may lose their neutral status eligibility.
     ​

2. Only military ranked players of a nation may participate in siege battles.
   ​

3. If a town enters a ruined state, you are free to steal any items from containers or valuable blocks. Needless griefing is not allowed.
    

4. Attacking Nations are allowed to build fortifications at siege points. Defending Towns are allowed to destroy and modify these fortifications or build their own.
    

   • Building in a way to impossibilitate reaching the siege area is not allowed.
      

5. Point feeding is strictly not allowed.​
    

6. Use of bugs or unintended behaviour for an advantage may result in an automatic siege loss or nullification. If you are in doubt about a certain mechanic being intended or not, open a ticket at the server’s Discord server.

Section 5: Rules Related to Staff

1. Do not backseat moderate or threaten others with punishment.
    

   • If you have a problem with another player’s behaviour, please make a ticket on the server’s Discord server [HERE].
      

2. Do not attack Staff for enforcing rules. 
    

   • This includes chat as well as in the world, such as attacking a town just because it has staff members.
      

3. Do not waste Staff time when they are working. 
    

   • Do not use the ticket system for troll tickets, for example.
      

4. Do not ask Staff to abuse their powers or privileges.
   ​

   • Staff who are caught abusing their powers to get a gameplay advantage will be lifted from their status.
     ​

   • Staff who are caught abusing their powers in a way that harms the server will be banned.
      

5. To avoid bias, Staff are not allowed to handle tickets concerning themselves. 
    

   • This includes ban appeals of players punished by said staff member and reports of staff abuse.
      

6. If you have suspicion of staff abuse, but no evidence, contact the server owner at Koi#5911 over Discord.

Section 6: Roleplay Rules

1. No inappropriate RP in public.
    

   • This includes jokes.​
      

2. No inappropriate RP involving minors.
    

   • If you are a minor and an adult that knows your age attempts to engage in inappropriate RP with you, please make a ticket on the server’s Discord server [HERE].
      

   • If you are an adult and a minor attempts to engage in inappropriate RP with you, lying about his/her age, please make a ticket on the server’s Discord server [HERE].
      

3. Since the lore is player-driven, pretty much anything goes, just keep it appropriate.
